Air Canada has revised its refund policy for travel on/after February 1, 2020, and for tickets issued before April 13, 2021.
Please note that refund requests must be submitted by June 12 at 11:59 p.m. if to be handled by Air Canada.
Refunds done in GDS must be submitted by July 12 at 11:59 p.m. Please do not proactively refund your customers’ tickets without their knowledge and/or approval as they may have received compensation from an insurance claim, or they may have initiated a chargeback.
