Bring ski or snowboard free of charge.

The following baggage waiver applies year around for customers travelling:

• Travelling between Europe and Canada
• One (1) ski bag and boots (per customer, this counts as one piece of baggage)
• Applicable on a flight operated by Air Canada, Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines and SWISS
• One (1) boot bag per customer (if not travelling with skis/snowboard)s on AC operated flights only;
• Customers travelling with a boot bag only may be assessed baggage fees when travel originates on LH, OS, SN, LX
• Applies to any stopovers/connections enroute. F.x. FRA-YVR-YYC-YYZ-FRA, baggage fees are not assessed for the ski/boots if customer has stopovers in YVR, YYC, YYZ.
• Period: all year around
• Baggage fees may apply for travel within Canada, between Canada and the U.S. and all other destinations.  Baggage allowance

Exception: Not applicable to Economy Basic fares and free ski baggage is not valid on itineraries including Scandinavian Airlines System (SK).
