Air Canada has replaced the Air Canada Travel Voucher (ACTV) with AC Wallet.
AC Wallet can be used to safely store the value of eligible unused 014 tickets as credit (less applicable fees), which can then be applied online or via the Air Canada mobile app to book a new flight and Air Canada travel options. An Aeroplan membership is required to transfer funds to AC Wallet.
Here’s what you need to know:
• The value of eligible unused 014 tickets (less applicable fees) from all booking channels including GDS, can be transferred to AC Wallet via “My Bookings” on aircanada.com
• Customers can use AC Wallet as a payment option once they have signed in with their Aeroplan account on aircanada.com
• Ticket validity of AC Wallet and FTC expire one (1) year from the original ticket issuance.
