As from August 1, 2020 Air Canada has implemented Amadeus ATL (Automated Time Limits).
This change includes Tour Operator fares which are now available to specified IATA agents. Please make sure to insert OSI AC TOUR OP NET (space between each word) in the booking before end of transaction, to keep booking/PNR according to negotiated AJV contract.
If the OSI element is NOT inserted before end of transaction of the PNR, the OSI will have no effect and published fares rules apply.
As a friendly reminder: always remember most restrictive deadline in booking/PNR applies.
For the time being, NON-IATA agents only have the possibility to have their consolidator make the reservation. We are hoping for a better solution for NON-IATA agents shortly.
