For flights that have not been cancelled, the goodwill policy applies.
In both cases, changes are free and full refunds are permitted.

Itineraries including any flights operated by the Boeing 737 Max
• Ticket stock 014
• Applicable for all 014 tickets, regardless of issue date
• Original travel dates: March 13, 2019 – June 30, 2020
• Re-booking window: next available flight, up to a maximum of 1 week from the original travel dates (the inbound segment can be
re-booked outside the re-booking window in order to maintain the
original length of stay)
