Update to Ticket Validity

Air Canada Goodwill policy

Effective immediately, all Air Canada (014) E-Tickets and EMD’s will have a validity period set forth as per below. 

Tickets/EMD’s issued on/after March 1, 2019 and on/before March 31, 2021:

• Valid 24 months from the travel date on the last unused coupon.
• Applicable to unused and partially used tickets.

Tickets/EMD’s issued on/after April 1, 2021:

• 24 months from the date of Original issue.  
• Applicable to unused and partially used tickets.

Note: Any documents re-issued on/after April 1, 2021, the validity of all the subsequent documents will be valid from the date of issue of the original document.  All travel must be completed by 24 months of the date of original issue.

Example: Re-Issue/Exchanged on/after April 1, 2021
