Improved NDC Program Now Available in Denmark, Sweden and Norway
Today, April 8th., 24, we are pleased to announce that Air Canada’s improved NDC program is now available to agencies in Denmark, Sweden and Norway. Enabled by NDC technology, agents in these markets will now have access to our most comprehensive product breadth, including best available seat inventory, discounted ancillary seat pricing, and much more.
In addition to a full range of content, agents will benefit from an end-to-end solution with servicing capabilities, giving them full control of the booking to support and service customers, including real-time messaging via Order Change Notifications.
Our NDC program is also now fully integrated with BSP in Denmark Sweden and Norway, offering expanded BSP reporting capabilities1 for NDC sales transactions and exchanges, and allowing for cash and credit card payment options.

Agencies can choose from four connection options, each designed to suit different business models and needs:
- Direct integration via Air Canada NDC API, designed for technology providers or large travel agencies with their own application
- Air Canada NDC technology partners offering a wide selection of certified connection options for your agency
- AC Connex, our free and intuitive desktop booking tool designed for agencies
- GDS solutions including Amadeus Travel Platform, Sabre Travel Marketplace2 and Travelport+2
NDC bookings made via any of these four flexible NDC connection options are not subject to the Distribution Cost Recovery (DCR).
